Linda Sacra
Linda Sacra started crafting glass beads and designing jewelry in 1992. Originally self-taught, I began working strips of glass with a plumber’s torch.
The first mandrels I used were made of copper. That lasted about five seconds because copper is not cheap! Although I didn’t have a clue of what I was doing, I just knew I loved doing it!
I kept at making beads, worked out some of the kinks, and eventually took some classes at Penland School of Crafts in Penland, NC, and there was no turning back!
